What we believe

How we work with people

thelastingchange believes in working collaboratively with people. We start from the premise that our clients are skilled and knowledgeable. We do not seek to impose solutions. We believe people must own any process that leads to change and development. We draw on a range of approaches and methodologies to provide appropriate ways in which people can address issues facing them as individuals and as members of organisations. We are also committed to ensuring that our work leads to actions that will make a positive difference to the lives of the people with whom we work.
